  The rooms are dilapidated. Definitely need lots and I mean lots of maintenance. The water that pours from the shower smells like rust. The property needs to invest in upgrading all aspects of the rooms as everything is outdated and in bad shape.

  Few hotels or guest houses in aorange Walk Town have their own private swimming pool... But Lucias's has 2 in fact, side by side...one for adults and one for kids...who could ask for more? A cozy room within walking distance from the centre of town with private hot and cold bath and air conditioning for a reasonable price, and free access to two clean swimming pools to cool off a bit... I love it! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for where to stay on a budget, and not pay exhorbitant prices for a nice comfortable room to stay for the night..
