::They sold me some very bad quality white gold rings when I was getting married in 2021, the stone from the man's ring keeps dropping out, they charged me to fix it and it happened again, I believe the reason for this is that when changing size of the woman's rings they confused things up and changed the size of the man's ring instead also removing the inscription without fixing it, now I cant even find my receipt after 4 years and Im not sure if they even gave it back to me since I keep all of my other receipts and this is the only one missing, now they didnt want to fix it again at first, then later agreed to fix it for 35bzd and the lady mentioned "maybe we wont charge you for it at all" 17 Jun 2025 I come for the ring as I got a whatsapp message and they argue with me and want 55bzd refusing to give me back my ring!Waste of a lot of money and having terrible quality rings for such an important thing as marriage is just sad. Avoid this place!!!

::February of 2016 I purchased a men's gold ring as a gift for my husband from medinas and a day later the ring broke, I mean really broke...... firstly the quality is horrible extremely thin gold ring sold to me for $580bz. Now I took it back the following day and was met by the rude owner, I told him the issue and my dissatisfaction....utterly disappointed I couldn't gift my husband this for his birthday he mentioned they're policy is no cash refunds which is a scam because they sell jewelry that is not fully gold or standard quality, misleading information selling items that is not what it really is. So the owner after back and forth with his arrogant attitude finally said I'll give u another item so I decided to get a set of locally designed gold bangles and a matching ring. The bangles set of 2 is designed as a silver twist bangles with two solid gold knobs at the opening. The bangles set and the ring +$75tax rang me to a bill of $680 so I just had to pay the difference of a $100. Now from the date of purchase which was February 27th of this year to now September 13th 2016. Just a few months and my seemly 10k gold knobs off my silver + gold bangles have already turned a dark color looking to go black. I have so many gold jewelry even a few Tiffany's jewelry that runs same price as this item and none have turned bad on me like this . I've done self cleaning and still has dark appearance like a gold plated item would get after a extended time which leaves me to believe this set sold to me is not what they said it was . it's not gold pure gold .I did not pay for gold dipped Jewelry or I would have bought them elsewhere at $20. Do not buy from medinas house of jewelry they will rip u off 😞 it's a shame they do this to many Belizeans I've seen numerous bad reviews on social media Belize buy & sell. Belize business reviews on Facebook .stay away do not buy jewelry from this chain of family owned business. Customer service is bad. Arrogant people. I'll make my reviews known on various websites because this is not right.
