::Great location and good amenities. Cabins, and rooms, balconies in the rooms, verandah on each floor, pool and bar. Back of hotel has lots of trees and a butterfly garden, Toucans in the trees in the early hours. Beds are hit or miss, some firm, (which I like) some very soft, (which I got).

::Can't say much yet, ad I only dropped by the bar one afternoon. Did not swim or order food. But Lawrence served us drinks kindly, efficiently and was very friendly... that said, I found the pool area cluttered and in need of a refresh.

::Great place to stay in San Ignacio. It was comfortable and a walkable distance to town and the Cahel Pech ruins. The pool was lovely with a fun surprise in the corner and we saw toucans by the rooms in the morning.

::The older blonde lady at the front desk is super rude. My friend asked for an extra towel for her hair and she said "why? I only use one for both ' then she yelled at me for asking for clean towels too. Housekeeping is non existent and rooms are filthy. Sheets dont get changed pretty sure theres bedbugs There are bugs like spiders and mosquitoes everywhere as well as animals ie agouti. we did a girls trip thru a tour co and they picked this we would never stay here again.

::The family cabin worked great for our family of five and we spent a lot of time in the pool. We really liked being close to but not in downtown because a lot of the restaurants were a short walk, but it was still quiet. We really appreciated the butterflies and the short hike behind the hotel. Too bad it was flooded and we couldnât go fishing.
