::From the moment we arrived at Naia Resort and Hotel in Placencia, Belize, we knew this trip would be special. It was our first time visiting Belize, and the service exceeded every expectation. The entire environment was breathtaking—peaceful, secure, and immaculately maintained. The resort itself is stunning, and the rooms were absolutely incredible, offering comfort and luxury in every detail. A special thank you to Kenny at the front desk, who was always informative, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. His attentiveness, along with the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff, made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Best breakfast, definitely try the fry jacks! One of the highlights was a private pier-side dinner arranged to celebrate both our friends’ anniversary and my wife’s birthday—a thoughtful gesture that made the trip even more memorable. Naia Resort & Hotel delivered an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary. From the gorgeous setting to the exceptional service, every moment was unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning and reliving this amazing experience.

::The resort itself is very beautiful and the staff are friendly. However, make sure to lock your room and put your belongs away and in safe. Ensure that you get proper instructions on how to lock doors and use safe. On our first night last week we were robbed and we are pretty sure it was staff as they all knew when our group was gone for supper. There was another person in our group that was robbed as well. They went through all our rooms. We also got confirmation that it was an inside job when talking with a lady on another Caye as she said she used to work there and it was for sure an inside job. So be careful! *edit- I want to make it clear we did not receive a proper introduction to our room. We were not shown how to lock the doors properly or where safe was in our room. This was provided to our friends for their room but not for us. This was mentioned to management as well. Also, yes we are fully aware that this is partly our fault with not ensuring the doors was locked and not utilizing the safe. However, the resort wiped their hands clean and took no responsibility and was more concerned about their reputation than trying to help us out.

::We had THE BEST experience at Naia. The accommodations were clean and wonderfully comfortable. We loved the included amenities of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards, yard games, beach chairs and hammocks, and the pool. Dining was top notch- as was service. We were not disappointed at breakfast, lunch, or dinner! We did have a chance to check out the spa, my husband got a massage and I chose a pedicure. It was a very relaxing experience in such a naturally beautiful atmosphere. We also enjoyed using the spas pool afterwards. Can't wait to get back!

::Naia Resort & Spa in Placencia, Belize is pure paradise! Our Studio Beachfront Villa was beautiful, spacious, and just steps from the ocean. The staff made our stay unforgettable—Denise at the concierge was incredible, always friendly and helpful, and bartenders Báïřøń and Ederson, and Carina made every drink and conversation a highlight. The chefs delivered outstanding food throughout our stay—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Exceptional service, amazing people, and a breathtaking setting. Can’t wait to come back!

::The staff know you by name. There are Workers all around the property. They are prompt when you need something in your room. The food is fantastic. I definitely will recommend this to my clients The cottages are so nice, clean, AC cools the cottage perfectly. The bathroom is spacious. I loved the outside shower. Our pool was clean and private. Which we loved.
