  Went there to IRIS today and wanted to use public restroom only to be refused entrance to the public restroom. Why have a fancy building unequipped with proper water facilities for the restroom? I'm a diabetic type2 and completely ashamed, disgusted and angry at management of this building. I wish to never have to go there again but Income Tax Department is here so :-( .

  The problem I have with them is When you call them you will need to call about 5 times before someone answers your call I hate that next they take long to give out your pay. The next thing with this bank they black your card and dont even inform you about it only when you go to the ATM to go get ur pay then you find out your ATM card is blocked yourself. Call an Inform your customer when you guys are going to blacking your card so the person can find there way to the bank to get there pay and please update ur website bec u can't even find the closings hours on the website
