  Had the air in my room set to 61 and had the ceiling fan on, but room couldn't get any lower than 85F and I just couldn't figure out why. Went down to the lobby bar for a cold dessert and they were out of every option so I just bought 7 chilled bottles of water to bring back to my room to lay on top of. Even the shower water couldn't get cold. Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning to such a large gap between the wall and the door frame I thought I slept with the door open all night long. Breakfast buffet was not good, bread stale, old food in the trays, beans were pretty good though. Only stayed one night due to a missed connection, only room available was two queens with a sea view, which doesn't sound bad at all but definitely not worth anywhere near $300

  I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone. I checked in on Thursday and had to literal beg a housekeeper to clean my room Saturday night. Never happened. I had a room with no phone no iron and when I did get one it was broken. I’ve made several complaints with no results. I’m definitely requesting half my money back. Horrible stay horrible service. I guess there is shortage of washcloths, never received any and if you do hold on to it for your entire trip. When they finally did bring us wash clothes I was in the shower and the housekeeper asked me back for it I had to tell her I’m using it. The food was terrible I ordered shrimp it was ice cold like it was precooked and taking out the fridge and thrown on a plate. The worst part they offer free breakfast every morning. Boiled eggs scrambled eggs beans and hot dogs, you have to pay for bacon omelette pancakes or French toast. The prices are not bad and the best part is the location. You can walk to any club restaurant or shop. This place doesn’t believe in customer service and the 4 managers I did inform said they would tell the general manager. I’m so disappointed and disgusted

  I had read reviews about this hotel in other sites and a lot of them were negative. I decided to stay at the Ramada Princess and would like to share that it was a nice place to stay for a short time. Staff was friendly and accommodating; thay allowed me to check-in before the actual checking-in time-Thank you! Room was nice and spacious, not the most modern room, but comfortable. The free breakfast was nice and the restaurant has some of the best fish and chips. Area was safe and within walking distance of restaurants. Overall, a nice atay.

  I stayed here years ago and they have done absolutely nothing to maintain the hotel. There is nothing positive about this hotel. Do not waste your time or money. The room I was given dark and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom windows could not be closed. There were no hangers in the room. The TV did not work. The telephone did not work. There were no towels in the room. I requested to be moved to another room. This one was marginally better. I was booked for 5 nights, but checked out after 2 nights and went to another hotel. The cabinet doors were falling off. There was rips on the wall and mold in the bathroom. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will never return to this hotel. STAY AWAY!!

  This was a decent hotel probably pretty nice years ago. I looked the place up and it looked nice for $88 I went to check in they charge me more money ($160) just because they saw that I was American. so I had to go online and book my room which saved me $78. It was not bad for what I needed I miss my flight and I needed to stay one extra night in Belize
