::I have bought Paulette’s oil for years and yes it does help a lot with the sand flies, which we have at our house on the island. You need to use as directed. Also very soothing and healing for bites (you will still get some) and old bites. Great natural moisturizer too and smells wonderful. As a sun screen it’s very good for day to day activities but if you go out in the sun for a long time you will need strong natural (reef friendly) sunscreen like zinc oxide.

::Just loved dropping in and meeting Paulette, a wealth of information. She recommended an eating at a local restaurant (little kitchen) and it was absolutely delicious! Her oil seems to be healing my horribly bug eaten wounds!

::The repellent/sunscreen "it works" doesn't at all. We got sunburns (we put sunscreen everywhere except in our arms to see if we can trust it and we were already traveling for 3month we are well tanned) it does the opposite given it's oil and attract the sun ! (I was doubtful from the beginning and she told that she's had never gotten tan with its very white skin before using her product so it was 100% safe.. it's very irresponsible and dangerous to say so). About the bugs we did see a difference because we stop our classic repellent to try this one and we got bitten way more. It's smell good and may hydrate your skin but definitely not worthy. The rest of the store was indeed very nice

::Do you need some information or maybe a gift or two? The Red Flower is a super choice for both. The owner Paulette has great info and she provides free space for local artists to showcase their work! Good stuff all around!!
