  This review is specifically for JODY as a Dive instructor/night snorkel guide. If you come to eat at this resort, you should find him. He is so full of positive energy, and makes you feel relaxed, even while swimming amongst sharks! He was patient with us even tho we were running a bit late. He took us on two amazing dives at near-by reefs, but I think my favorite trip was the night snorkel! He knew where all the seahorse and octopuses like to hang! We even spotted a red-lipped bat fish that night! so yeah, I think Jody is a good-luck charm for the sea creatures.

  Was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed honestly! The scenery and marine life were amazing. The ability to be sitting there at breakfast and casually see an Eagle Ray or Morray Eel swimming by will always be a wonder to me. If anyone has any concerns about having to really just eat whatever they make, don’t — the food is just always on point and perfect! The staff is also friendly as well and the snorkeling tours were excellent, make sure to do the night snorkel!!

  The bar and restaurant are truly excellent, with a stunning location and a great atmosphere. However, I would advise caution regarding the scuba diving services. During our visit, we felt that safety procedures could have been better enforced. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

  Like the other reviewer, I also want to keep this place a secret as I had trouble getting a reservation for enough nights last minute. But fair is fair, and the owners and their team deserve the credit for creating a beautiful environment that has simplicity and elegance on a very rustic island. Somehow they manage to serve delicious and fresh meals that satisfied even a picky eater like me 3 times a day. ( sorcery I must say! Out of such a small kitchen!) This is not the 4 seasons, it is a small marine reserve island with natural beauty, sitting right on top of a myriad of marine life. It is mostly self sufficient, so power is thru solar, water is rain water collected. So do not expect long hot showers or AC. But you will be rewarded with a Magical location with staff who truly care about your experience. The owners Par and Lily were extremely kind and down to earth; you could hear her laughter floating up the dock all day as she interacted with both guests and staff- who all felt like family by the end . 💙 Can't wait to go back - enjoy :)

  Highly recommend Reef's end lodge. Can't say enough about the entire experience. The staff was unbelievably accommodating, the food and chef, Alex was truly 5 stars for every meal, including the gluten free options he made for my wife. The rooms were comfortable, the lodge setup snorkeling, scuba, fishing, a cooking class and had games to play throughout the day. Best vacation I've ever had. 100% will come back!
