  Smoothies are wonderful, Coffee was loved by the table and the breakfast was very good as well. Maybe the food was 4.5 stars, but the little personal touches they give to the overall experience made it a 5. Lots of smiles from the staff

  Breakfast was amazing! I had the avo toast with scramble eggs and mushrooms! My Cousin has the blueberry pancakes. 10/10. The coffee was a little too sweet for my taste but that can easily be remedied by asking less sweet next time. 100% will be back.

  I visited there every day during my three-day stay at Hopkins. The cafe latte and the cocoa nib shake were amazing. I highly recommend trying them! All the staff were always smiling and helpful. I had a wonderful time thanks to them.

  You must try this place! Our only regret is that we didn’t go here on day one of our week long vacation. Roast was our four time repeat breakfast spot while staying in Hopkins. The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious! I had a blackberry dream smoothie everyday (full vacation mode eating). Everything is fresh and the coffee is fantastic. I loved sitting inside at the very comfortable and air conditioned dining room. Next time we are on vacation in Hopkins, I will not bother having my coffee and breakfast (maybe even lunch too) anywhere else. This is the place to go!

  Very attentive and friendly staff. Clean inside and clean bathrooms. Air conditioning felt really nice. Food was also delicious! Good portion sizes.
