  Thank you to the ER care team at SICH: Dr. Patrick Thomas, Nurses Valdez, Teck, Choco, Guerra, X-ray Technician Mr. Paredez, and others. I want to acknowledge the medical services and care I received on June 25, 2025, after an emergency visit to SICH with a dislocated shoulder while traveling in beautiful Belize. The expertise of the two doctors (one was not an ER doc – I didn’t get the name) and the kindness and care of the lady who wheeled me back and forth to the X-ray facilities (I'm not sure whether I got her name in the above list given to me at the nurse’s station) showed your facility’s commitment to helping others. Your services allowed me to enjoy the rest of our trip to Belize and Guatemala for another 10 days with minimal trouble. Such emergencies may be everyday occurrences that you encounter at your job. Still, for the patient, it can be an unforgettable (sometimes life-saving), once-in-a-lifetime issue that you help resolve with your care and expertise, hence showing your dedication to the medical profession. Since then, I have been undergoing PT for the past 3 weeks and hope to recover well! Thank you all! SICH- thank you for your service.

  I have had my best labour and delivery at bullet tree San Ignacio hospital I had two delivery there it was my best experience the staff make me feel comfortable and most of all a very quiet place...and clean facility!!!

  The worst place to go to, the service is horrible and the only way to get at round in that place is if a family member works there or if u have been there before and know the process ,the place has no regards for your health and from the janitors up to the management this place needs a re assembly of who is running it. my friend died because u guys refuse to attend to him last year for a MRI. I rather pay a private clinic or go out of the country . Only reason you get a star review is cause I need it to post my review

  I’m from Canada and had to go to the hospital for allergic reaction. The nurses and doctor were amazing and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place. In and out in 2.5 hours, received IV fluids and meds and sent home to continue. Excellent place all the staff were very kind and very clean.

  The whole system needs to change! I went there for many doctors appointments, and it takes hours to wait and then for them to tend to you. Before you go in, you need to get a number and sometimes the person is either ignorant , having a bad day, or they probably spilled their coffee in the morning. I’ve seen nurses handle pregnant women like animals. No kind of humility. These doctors and nurses need more interpersonal skills.
