  Called 2 times, first call was picked up then transfered to someone else and then hung up on. 2nd call was picked up then they hung up. Called a third, was sent directly to voicemail, 4th call didnt even ring and was sent to voicemail. Where is the customer service?!

  Socialism is the worst thing a country can do. Terrible service. and long waiting time with no assistance from SSB Portal.

  At Social security officer the service is great good public relations nice clean environment I visited the office today excielent service.

  Went here today for ss card and the service was excellent. Appreciate the way the employees carried themselves dutifully.
