  My name is Monty. I'm from Canada. The location of this company is very convenient as its directly across the lane from the airport terminal doors. Although the name of this company only suggests auto rentals, they also offer cellphone services and products. I purchased a sim card and data for my cellphone. I was warned that cell service was expensive in Belize before arriving there. That ended up being true. However, Melody did everything possible to try and find the best rate and package for me. She was very transparent, and I felt like I was getting as fair a deal as I could get. Service was prompt. Melody made sure my phone was working properly before I left. If anyone needs data on their phone, I suggest seeing Melody at TC Paradise Auto Rental.

  This company is not worth your time. They waste more of your time than you'd imagine. The people working, don't want to work. They are mean and speak dismissively to renters. My group of 8 people missed our flight due to them. It's not a company I would recommend.

  I rented from TC paradise rental because enterprise didn’t have the vehicle that I booked. I rented a full size Chevrolet pickup. It was in excellent condition and the folks checking me in and out were spectacular. I am heading back in two weeks and am booking thru them as opposed to the big guys

  Shanda, sounds familiar. I was charged for an entire windshield due to a chip, a chip that wasn't caught at pickup due to dirty windshield $750USD for a chip! They said they have to replace entire windshield...yah right. Next customer BEWARE!!!

  The most awful rental experience!! I was referred to TC Paradise Auto Rental by another rental company because of no availability. I had never heard of the company before but they are located right at the airport and I trusted the referral. The rental process was great, the customer rep was friendly and professional. I rented the vehicle (Subaru Outback) for 5 days. The check engine light was on display the entire time and the brake warning flashed continuously but the rep assured me that this was a sensory issue and not a problem. After driving the vehicle the first day, the tire pressure light came on as well as temperature signal. Upon inspection under the hood, we discovered that there was no water in the car. We took the vehicle to Caribbean Tires. They checked the tires and added water to the car. We made it to our destination and the car sat for a day and a half before we took off again. On our way back to the city, the rear tire on the passenger side blew out, ripped open (between bmp and Belize city). We changed to the spare and made it to the City. The next day, I called TC and was told that I would be liable for the tire. At first, I was told to take the car to Caribbean tires to get the tire replaced but after protest they agreed to put me in another vehicle while they sort out the tire replacement cost. I did not disagree, I did not argue. I just thought; it is what it is! On my way to swap the car, another tire went out! Now I was liable for two tires. I write this review not because I was held liable for replacement. I write because TC Paradise Auto Rental took advantage of an unfortunate situation (a dangerous and scary experience) to replace two old tires with brand new tires at my expense. TC Paradise replaced the tires with brand new, Hankook brand tires which I was told is one of the most expensive tire brand in Belize. Do not rent from this company. Stick to the companies you know (Budget, Avis, National and Enterprise).
