::Absolutely incredible. We barely wanted to leave the island. The staff were amazing. Jackson, Luis, Anivar, Darvin, Hydo, and Shakira were just untouchable in service. The food was excellent too! We loved the conch and lobster hunt and ate like kings that night. Apparently we LOVE hogfish now as well! We will be back. 10/10 recommend.

::EVERYTHING WE HOPED IT WOULD BE AND MORE!!! I usually don't write reviews but here I go. My wife, two kids, and I recently spent 6 days here. Initially we were worried about two things - whether it was kid friendly, and whether the food would be good. We arrived by boat the first day and were greeted with friendly faces and an introduction to the island. Check-in was a breeze, and our luggage was brought to our villa by the staff. At this point we were already impressed. We were encouraged to take our shoes off, which we immediately did and didn't put them back on for 6 days. Throughout our time there we explored the island, used complementary amenities such as bikes, snorkel gear, and kayaks. We lounged around at both bar areas, the beach area, and on our private terrace that had a hammock and a wonderful view. Our two toddler boys absolutely had the best time they have ever had. They felt free to explore, run in the sand, and just be kids. Although ours are mostly well-behaved kids, we still never felt excluded or ostracized by the staff because of our kids. In fact, the island staff went over and above to make sure our boys had everything they needed, especially Anivar. Honestly, they would have spoiled them to no end if we would have let them! Although it's probably better to book extraneous things like massage or private dinners, or excursions before you get to the island we waited until we arrived and were still able to book the things we wanted. Although we didn't do all of the excursions, we did some (Island hopping, half day reef fishing, and massage) and they were all fantastic! The experiences we heard from other guests with regard to other excursions such as reef snorkeling, lobster hunting, etc. was amazing and when we make it back here, we will be doing those things as well. The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are communal and very enjoyable. ALL of the food was great, thanks to the very skilled chefs on the island. The beer and drinks are amazing as well. All of the bartenders are very skilled, especially Anivar, Junior, and Charles! The bartenders can make you whatever you want and probably something that you've never even heard of! Louis, the island manager, is great and can make sure you have whatever accommodations you need to make your trip memorable. Anivar took our boys under his wing. Our two-year-old has a new Belizean best friend - who would've thought. LOL. Something to remember is that although the resort is not an "eco-resort", it is a self-sustainable island. So, the water pressure is not going to blow your socks off but besides that, there's really nothing to mention. Our family had a very memorable trip here and we hope to return next year! If you are a couple or a family thinking about booking a stay here our family highly recommends it! Thanks to everyone on the island that made our trip there so great!

::My dad and I had a great time on the island. The staff made our trip very enjoyable. The room was great. The house keepers kept the room spotless. The cook staff prepared excellent food every day. (see photo of menu below) The weather was perfect during the day, but it rained hard at night. The grounds crew keep the resort immaculate. The dogs Pico (brown)and Marley (white) are the islands greeters, and are extremely friendly.

::This place is truly special, and it’s not just because of the tropical location or top-notch amenities (of course those things help) .. it’s the staff working here who make the experience one-of-a-kind! Manager Luis took the time to repair a broken zipper on my friend’s purse and helped facilitate a private mainland day trip with our guide Rafael and boat driver Haydo who were lifesavers! Jackson, Charles, and Daniel provided incredible service with a smile during meals and at the bar. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a secluded beach experience with a personal touch
