::Third time we went to have dinner there and it was the worst. First time we ate at Cahal Pech they messed up the order. The second time the drinks came after the appetizer and today the chicken was almost cold, the potato wedges were substituted with breadfruit without telling us in advance and the Marinara Pasta tasted like simple tomato sauce. Also it seems like the menu is getting smaller and smaller. Very disappointing for one of the most famous hotels in the area.

::Delicious food, quick service, and open early for breakfast with a buffet option. Fish tostadas were my favorite for lunch!

::We just arrived in San Ignacio and checked into Cahal Peche resort where this restaurant is located. Because we were tired from travelling we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. We ordered the Mayan feast which is a vegetarian dish and the pineapple glazed shrimp. The portions were reasonable and I really appreciated the presentation of the meals (the shrimp was served in a pineapple with rice). I wasn’t too fond of the refined beans as I found the taste to be a little odd, however, it could just be me. The restaurant has many cheesecake dessert options and we decided to share the snickers cheesecake which was decadent. The hotel property is beautiful and staff have been very friendly.

::Very tasty and well prepared food. The atmosphere is perfect, and the poolside bark is a nice touch too. I'll certainly be eating here again!
