::I highly recommend the Red Hut if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay. They were completely accommodating at the last minute when we missed the last Ferry to Caye Caulker. They made sure we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff absolutely goes over and above for their guests. Treating you more like family than strangers. We traveled with 3 little kids, ages 6, 3 and 1, they were so kind and caring of our kids. Honestly, they took the stress out of traveling, and just embraced us with so much love. In the morning the prepared a beautiful breakfast for our family. They then took us to the Ferry, and made sure we were set for our next adventure. I will absolutely stay there again. It’s people like them that make this world amazing!!!

::Tremendous staff, tremendous food, tremendous stay. My family and I flew in late and needed a place to stay in a pinch, this wonderful place had exactly three rooms open for us and welcomed us with open arms. This stay started our vacation in Belize off the right way.

::Loved my stay at the Red Hut Inn. Conveniently located between the airport and downtown, including the San Pedro ferry, the Inn is quiet, social, with an amazing cook, cheap beers, and comfortable beds. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Can't go wrong with this place.

::Good budget option in Belize City for those passing through. Not much in the neighborhood, but there is a grocery store, a Lebanese restaurant, and it is possible to take a local bus into the downtown area. The guy at the desk was helpful talking through our questions. We stayed in the private rooms, which are nothing fancy, but a fine place to stay for a night or two.
