  Very bad experience. The team let us on the ground, they didn't board us because we miss a previous flight due to a late flight of a partner company and because the United Airlines captain didn't wait for us and closed the doors 30 minutes before departure. All of our return tickets have been canceled by United Airlines without notice !!! ABSOLUTELY no help from the United Airlines team on the ground in Belize that told us we had to pay new airline tickets but online only !! 3400 euros to come back in France that we are requesting paiements for + compensation for a 30 hours trip 4 flights to come back in France the day after we were suppose to arrive !!!! Don't use United Airlines in Belize it's my advice!! United Airlines will be sued in Paris due to the lack of professionalism of its team in Belize, led by Mrs. Augustin, on April 7, 2023. This trial concerns the so‑called “No‑Show Clause”: if a passenger misses one segment of their flight sequence, some airlines, including United, decide to cancel the remaining flights without prior notice—even when the passenger is not at fault, as was the case for me and my wife.

  Very dangerous. Assaulted in the airport by another passenger because I simply sat near him waiting. United does not care about people. Did not let me get other passengers witness statements. Did not bring me water or ice or offer medical services. United would not let either of us fly. They could have easily pulled the video footage to see I did and said nothing to the attacker. Police said the process would have to be handled in Belize or to press charges in the USA. Assault charges are being pressed. Not a safe airport. Lots of drug addiction. You have all been cursed. Whether you believe or not… the security and especially the manager of United, you have been cursed.

  Twenty years a faithful customer. Where else can you walk up to an off airport ticket agent and get perfect service. Agents are very courteous and helpful. They have always worked to find the best flights at the best prices. I always walk away feeling I've been helped by a friend.
