  Didn't appreciate the service. We were traveling to Belize and needed a car on Christmas. They said they will reserve a jeep for us and in contact with us to give us the car on Christmas day noon. After 10+ calls to their phone number and emergency lines, there has been no conversation and we're left stranded on the streets of Belize city till we figure out accommodations. If a car wasn't possible, it's not the end of the world but prior notice and professionalism would have been appreciated.

  Excellent service, friendly staff (Suzanne), good car, we were picked up before rental and dropped afterwards at our place, which was very convenient
