::Didn't appreciate the service. We were traveling to Belize and needed a car on Christmas. They said they will reserve a jeep for us and in contact with us to give us the car on Christmas day noon. After 10+ calls to their phone number and emergency lines, there has been no conversation and we're left stranded on the streets of Belize city till we figure out accommodations. If a car wasn't possible, it's not the end of the world but prior notice and professionalism would have been appreciated.
