  Unfortunately what was to be a good time turned out to be a bad experience. Customer Service is terrible, if you can’t treat or speak nicely to people then you shouldn’t be behind a counter. It’s the second time this has happened to us. working hours are apparently until 8:30pm but we arrive at 8.05pm or 8:16pm and we’re told no more orders? Because they need to clean? Isn’t cleaning to be done after the schedule you advertise? I could be wrong? Plus the attitude is horrible !! Great Coffee. Bad service unfortunately!

  Worst customer service ever, tried calling 3 times- no answer, texting- no answer, WhatsApp- no answer! Very disappointed!

  The Iced caramel Macchiato is to die for ... the staff is so friendly and they sell pastries and ice cream 😋☕
