  My friend and I booked this hotel because we wanted something close to the Belize Express for our last night in Caye Caulker. We really regretted booking this hotel. There was a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and the room was very small for the price. The staff was very accommodating and offered to change rooms, which we did twice (the first time because of the strong smell and the second because the fan wasn't working). However, in the evening, the bar was crowded, and we had a lot of trouble falling asleep, and the sewage smell was still there. There are much better hotels on the island for much less money; avoid this one.
