  Perfectly located on the main strip on the Sea walk this Hotel is a must. Newer installations, beautiful views, private pool but the best feature is it’s customer service. They are there to help with anything you may need, a big shout out to Ivan Roberts, he went above and beyond in making sure we received great customer service.

  The room is cozy and comfortable. The TV came with a logged in Netflix account which was nice. The room service/cleaning wasn’t exactly the best. I stayed for three nights and I had to ask for new towels each day and take out my own trash. Although this hotel isn’t exactly on the beach, you can still get a partial view of the ocean. When I went, there was seaweed all over the coast so there wasn’t really an opportunity to swim, however the hotel is super close to The Split where most people go to swim.

  Had a wonderful stay! Rooms are very clean, excellent condition. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very safe.

  Cool decor! Clean pool & rooms with cold a.c. and nice rooftop to enjoy a sunrise or sunset! Just a few steps away from the best street food, great resteraunts, and the best live music on the weekends at Tap Room.

  Great hotel on Caye Caulker, the rooms are nicely kept with good AC and ours had a nice big shower. The hotel staff does a great job of keeping the lobby and common areas super clean. There was not a coffee pot in our room but others in our group had coffee pot and water jug. Room had a fridge as well. The pool was so nice, with music and the Bartender Bryan made the best Coconut mojito ever! I’m still waiting on the recipe Bryan. Enjoyed using the bike to ride around the island.
