::The locations of the hôtel is really good because it’s very central but other from that the rooms are really disappointing…. If it’s just for sleep it’s fine but otherwise it’s not very clean….

::We were the whole family, 7 people. Rooms 15 (vis a vis the pool) and 20 (2nd floor overlooking the pool and the sea). Standard adequate for the price. Rooms clean, equipped quite well. On the 2nd floor poor water pressure, but during our stay the team repaired the installations and after the repair everything worked great. Nice staff, you can see the cleaners all the time. Very close (about 200m) to the Belize Express ferry. Pool maybe not top class but clean and well maintained. In the pub opposite in the evening until about 10PM they play cool music , a few times live, great to listen to from the pool :) At this price I give a strong 4 stars.

::The room smell really bad like sewage. It was very unbearable to stay in that room and sleep. Every time I entered the room I feel like I wanted to vomit. Also the walls and sink were very run down. The hotel was really bad. I did not stay in the room and tried to cancel but still couldn't cancel and got charged the entire fee. Really unacceptable.

::This was a great place to stay, right by the ferry port and we were made to feel welcome. The rooms have the basic necessities for your stay, and AC worked well. Beds were comfy and our room was spotless on arrival. It does say on check in that if you want to have your room cleaned there is a fee, rather than cleaning service each day as other reviews seem to have expected. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment then perhaps expect to pay more somewhere else on the island, but this was a perfect little room for a couple who spent most of the day exploring and used as a hotel not living space.

::Popeyes is right on the beach, best location ever. Stayed in one of their condos. Starter pack for kitchen missing coffee or tea, sugar or creamer, dishwasher liquid, dishcloth. We bought for stay. Room was clean, pretty and had a futon for extra guests. Microwave, refrigerator, hot plate, toaster and a safe was supplied. TV did not work the entire time there. Wasn't enough of an issue to complain about. Was great that they had night security.
