  Tom is fantastic! He takes the time to assess his clients and tailor our workouts to our abilities and goals, being mindful and careful with any pre-existing conditions. We enjoy our sessions as do our sons!

  I needed protein, not just protein, but good quality. They are transparent, have an amazing establishment, and have quality products. Bonus: The website is very detailed. I can calculate my budget for my stuff. I don't need to be guessing. I highly recommend Kinetic Health & Fitness for all your health supplements and fitness needs!

  A great small gym.

  This is an expensive and new gym that will make nutrition and workout plans with you, but I believe gyms should have trainers so that individuals do not injure themselves. The owner mentioned that trainers are not made available for clients.
