  Awful. The whole place is run down. I have been using their gym for the last 4 months and the equipment is old, rusty, and broken. One treadmill works. For the past 3 days they have been out of water and I have asked three times on three separate occasions to kindly change the water and nobody has been able to do so.

  We had a ball! Lovely place, nice view and of course the best food! The club was the bomb as you can see, met our local celeb Tanya C. Love love xo

  The room is comfortable and has a good design (for me at least). But the air conditioner makes too much noise. But with a pretty view to the sea, something can be forgiven.

  It was such a great place, since the moment you're checking in they are so polite and friendly also they provide with a welcome drink! Its a centric place, fancy, rooms are big and clean. Food was great. The pool is big. You're able to watch movies too. In love with it!

  Two stars because the rooms were good. They don't get more because the phones and wifi don't work. The airport shuttle is a "fee shuttle" not a free shuttle, very misleading, and it doesn't work anyway. Also the ceiling in some parts of the hotel is falling apart. Food is mediocre at best. This was by far the worst and most expensive place we stayed in Belize.
