  I went to western regional hospital to donate blood the guy tole me wait my turn when no one else but myself was there waiting, 45 mins after he came out only to tell me that they stop screen blood.

  Their office decided they needed half day today so there is no way I can get my paper stamped. Also very rude and unprofessional. Gov't need to give them their walking papers so they can just go private if that's what they want.

  The hospital is well kept. But if you have a serious condition with your baby, make sure to ask questions. Keep your own record of fevers and temperature taking. Ask what meds are being given and why. Dont just sit their get involved in the care of your loved one. Ask what test are needed that they cannot do at the hospital.

  Much improvement has been made. It seems like their staff is overwork, could address this issue to increase turn around time of patients being treated. Especially with the growing population.
