  Very pleasant staying at simberts. The apartment has everything you need and beyond: from cooking ware to sunscreen, and Simone was very helpful with giving tips. We felt at home. It’s a walking distance to grocery stores, and some nice resorts to chill on the beach. If you want to venture to Placencia town, the rental company is within a walking distance too.

  Highly recommend Simberts Apartments if you are looking for the best value for your money while in Placencia. Herbert is a professional and accommodating Host. The apartment comes fully equipped & organized with everything you will need during your stay. The apartment is in quiet location yet close to all the amenities.

  Worst place I have stayed at in Belize by far. Overpriced, dirty, horrible location, extremely small, horrible hosts and completely infested with termites, scorpions, cockroaches, ants, and tarantulas. I would recommend just about any other place over this one. Host seems to be a scammer who will lie and try to take advantage of you. Hosts were also very racist against my wife who is Mexican. It was bad enough that I got a refund for my stay.

  Lovely place on a quiet cul-de-sac, with mature trees for shade. Great restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby. Interesting wildlife easily observed. Any problems quickly resolved. Beer, pop truck to the door delivery every week. Herbert and Simone have been very helpful. BACK AGAIN 5 YEARS IN A ROW. AC KEEPS THE APARTMENT A GOOD COOL 16C. JUST ASK FOR ANYTHING YOU MIGHT WANT THE SIMBERTS WILL GET IT FOR YOU.

  What an extraordinary beautiful place to stay! So much love for details in the apartment in each and every aspect, great quality, everything worked perfect. Unbelievable clean and perfectly prepared. The nature around you is amazing, it's like living in a jungle with agoutis, all kinds of birds and much much more. Loved the place, anytime again ❤❤❤
