::I stayed for three nights in the Frog Suite. It was a beautiful unit and very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of everything but feels very tranquil. The management was wonderful - super friendly, helping to coordinate airport transfers and responsive to any questions that came up while I was there. I would definitely stay again if I get back to Placencia.

::Great quiet little spot in the heart of Placencia. Older bungalow/studio style rooms but very comfortable and not new and fancy. We were in a nice studio and our friends had a great 2 bedroom suite with big sitting/kitchen area. Garden was quiet and beautiful. Air conditioning worked well. Owner was very helpful even though the office was closed on a Sunday. Great place!

::The area is fair. The rooms are studio style. The bathroom needs serious updates, especially the shower. I wore my flip flops in the shower. The furniture is wooded and lacks comfort. The sitting area outside is nice. The location is walking distance to everything. Parking at the facility is very limited. 2.5 overall

::Wonderful place to stay! The rooms are perfectly clean. The owner is incredibly kind. She showed us multiple rooms to help us figure out what would work for the whole group. After staying a couple places with no AC and bugs getting in, it was incredibly refreshing to come to the villas and have AC that chilled the rooms in minutes and NO bugs (we didn't even see many out in the courtyard, at night, with the porch light on). Birds singing and flying overhead. Two minute walk to the beach. Coded locks so you don't have to carry keys when you go swimming. The gas stove worked when the village power went out, and there was all the equipment needed to cook a great breakfast. Rain didn't bring any pools of water or leaks. It's just a great place to stay for families or if you're traveling solo. There's a ton of tours that leave from the village, and wonderful art all around. I felt absolutely spoiled by the villas and Placencia in general.
