  A beautiful location in the more quite part of Hopkins. Tricia is nice and helpfull with all questions. The hammicks are relaxt with a very nice view. You can sit there on each moment of the day. I love this location.

  What a beautiful place and a nice host. Situated right at the beach there are three little rooms with hammocks hanging in front of them. Tricia is absolutely lovely and has put in all her heart to make this place as special as it is. Beach get’s cleaned everyday and the sea is also amazing (you can even swim with manatees if you are lucky) 🤩. Totally recommend staying here when you come to Hopkins.

  Tipple Tree Beya was awesome. This is the place to be when you stay in Hopkins. Tricia is always around and willing to help. Beautiful beach. Not very busy so you can relax. The locals are very friendly. It was my best place on my belize trip.

  Lovely place to stay. 3 guest rooms sharing a lovely porch with hammocks, owners/hosts live upstairs and are available to answer questions and give recommendations. Close enough in for a real feel of the village without being to hectic or noisy. right on the beach for hours of....just relaxing.

  Can not say enough good things about Tipple Tree. The people running this place are amazing. Very nice and helpful. The property is immaculately cared for. Nice private location with beach access. Hammocks are a nice touch and so nice to relax in. Lots of beach seating as well. Highly recommend and will be back. Hopkins is a really nice town. The people are pleasant and their is a lot to do. Some great restaurants within walking distance.
